Campaign infrastructure,
engineered.

Most campaigns operate data-blind past basic VAN. We build the field, data, and AI systems that make every door knock and every dollar mathematically justified.

01 / The problem

Most consultants sell strategy. We sell what runs underneath.

Look closely at any campaign that lost a winnable race. The losses look the same. The same six failures show up in the post-mortem, every cycle.

"We don't pick sides.
We pick winners."
— ASG operating principle, page 1
02 / What we build

Three tiers. Pick the layer your race is missing.

Most engagements start at Tier 02 — the data audit — and expand. Some clients run all three. We scope to your race and budget, not the other way around.

// TIER 01

Full Campaign Management

End-to-end operations engine.
  • Field program design & staff hiring
  • Budget architecture & vendor negotiation
  • Message scaffolding & debate prep
  • GOTV planning and execution
  • Weekly data reporting & course correction
Scoped per engagement

// TIER 02

Data & Field Infrastructure

Your campaign's nervous system.
  • VAN / EveryAction / i360 / Data Trust audit
  • Targeting models & win-number math
  • Custom dashboards & weekly reports
  • Volunteer recruitment & retention funnels
  • Quality-control protocols & canvass verification
Scoped per engagement

// TIER 03

Technical & AI Systems

Force-multiplier infrastructure.
  • API bridges: VAN ↔ Mailchimp ↔ SMS ↔ donor CRM
  • Voter education chatbots & AI agents
  • Real-time React/Next.js dashboards
  • Automated reporting & data-cleaning pipelines
  • Internal staff knowledge bases

03 / Working artifacts

What lands on your team's drive.

Every engagement produces concrete deliverables. Documents your team owns, scripts that keep running, dashboards that update without us. No lock-in. No hostage data.

// 01

Win Number Calculator

Precinct-level math. Turnout × persuasion × universe size. The single number every meeting orbits.

// 02

VAN / EveryAction Hygiene Audit

Duplicate detection, dead-voter purge, address normalization. Field returns the day you onboard.

// 03

Volunteer Funnel Dashboard

Sign-up → first shift → repeat. Closes the leak that wastes 60% of recruited volunteers.

// 04

Strategic Plan & Budget Workbook

One document the candidate, treasurer, and field director all read from. No conflicting spreadsheets.

// 05

API Bridge Layer

VAN ↔ Mailchimp ↔ Twilio ↔ donor CRM. CSVs stop moving by hand at midnight.

// 06

AI Agent & Chatbot

Voter Q&A, GOTV nudges, internal staff knowledge base. 24/7 daemonized, your data stays yours.

04 / The math

What an ASG engagement delivers.

Numbers from cycles already worked. We don't talk in hypotheticals; the founder has the receipts on every figure here.

40%
Statewide engagement targets exceeded as Field Director
10K+
Residents reached in one statewide outreach cycle
20+
Staff and volunteers hired, trained, mentored
12+
Years across Presidential, Congressional, and municipal cycles
05 / The founder

Built by an operator.
Deployed by an engineer.

I spent twelve years in the field. I directed 4-county operations across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk, supervising teams of 20+ staff and volunteers. I built the regional dashboards that drove our routing and staffing. As GOTV Data Manager I calculated win numbers and priority targets. We exceeded statewide voter engagement goals by up to 40%.

Then I learned to code. Properly. Over the last three years I've architected SofiaMasterAgent — an autonomous LLM agent framework with multi-provider routing, Redis-backed memory, and 24/7 daemonized operation on Linux cloud infrastructure. I built switch-model-sophia, a real-time React/Next.js dashboard for AI control. I engineered OpenClaw, a bridge architecture for connecting local LLMs to external APIs.

Alexander Strategic Group exists because campaigns shouldn't have to choose between strategists who don't understand systems and engineers who don't understand campaigns. We are both.

06 / How we engage

From first call to running infrastructure in 30 days.

Five stages. Written and dated. Every milestone has a deliverable; every deliverable has an acceptance test.

// 01
Discovery call
Free 30 minutes. We map your race, your existing tooling, your team, and your gaps. No pitch. By the end of the call you'll know whether ASG is the right fit — and we'll be honest if we're not.
// 02
Audit & scope
A short paid audit on your data, your field plan, or your tech stack. You get a written report regardless of whether you continue with us. Most clients are surprised by what we find. Many keep the report and run with it.
// 03
Statement of Work
A signed SOW with concrete deliverables, weekly milestones, and a 30-day termination clause for both parties. No surprises. No scope creep. Performance bonuses align our incentives with yours.
// 04
Build & deploy
Month 1 is architecture: strategic plan, budget workbook, staffing plan, message scaffold, field framework. Months 2–N are execution, with weekly data reports and monthly recalibration. Final month is GOTV command.
// 05
Win number, then handoff
On election night we close out the war room together. After the race we deliver a post-mortem: what worked, what didn't, what to do next cycle. Your data, your systems, your campaign. We're the engineers; you're the principals.
07 / Common questions

The four questions every candidate asks.

We answer them on the discovery call too. Reading them here saves 10 minutes of the call for the actual race.

You're really bipartisan? How does that work?
Vote-counting math is the same on both sides. Door-knocking logistics are the same. Voter file hygiene is the same. We work the operational layer where ideology doesn't change the work. We never publicly endorse candidates or parties. Mutual NDAs protect both sides. If we're working a race against you, you'll never know who we worked for last cycle.
What if I already have a campaign manager?
Good. Most of our work sits underneath your manager — Tiers 02 and 03 are infrastructure layers, not strategy layers. We make your existing team faster and more accurate. Tier 01 (full management) is for races that need an operations principal, not a replacement for someone you already trust.
My budget is small. Can you still help?
Probably. We scope to your race, not the other way around. A one-time VAN audit, a Win Number Calculator, a precinct prioritization workbook — these are short, contained engagements many municipal races can absorb. The wrong question is "can we afford ASG?" The right question is "can we afford to keep guessing?"
Can you work with my existing consultants?
Yes. We don't compete with media buyers, fundraisers, pollsters, or general consultants. We make their work more effective by giving them clean data and real metrics to operate against. Many of our best engagements come through referrals from other consultants who needed the operational layer their firm doesn't provide.
08 / Start a conversation

Your race, our infrastructure.

Free 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no follow-up sales sequence. Just a conversation about your race and what we can build for it.
